Room reservations must be cancelled directly with the Lodge of the Four Seasons. MASFAP is not responsible for cancelling room reservations upon receipt of a conference cancellation. Room cancellations must be made on or before October 22nd. Cancellations made after October 22nd will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night.
