$175.00 Associated Member Membership (this is an annual fee, per Organization)


Conference Fees-Associate Members-You must be a Member to Attend

$300.00 Associate Member Conference Fee, if exhibiting (this fee is to pay for the conference and food)
$500.00 Associate Member Conference Fee, if not exhibiting

$400.00 Exhibit Fee for the 2019 Conference (Early Bird Special, if submitted by September 1, 2019)
$500.00 Exhibit Fee for the 2019 Conference (Submitted after September 2, 2019)

Price includes:

  • One conference exhibit space, which will consist of a 6’ table, skirted. The exhibitor area is in a prime location offering maximum exposure to conference attendees. Assigned tables based on exhibit forms received.
  • Reduced Conference fee of $300.00 (Non-Exhibitors Conference fee is $500.00).
  • Your organization’s name printed in the conference program and on the MASFAP’s Web Site (organizations will be listed alphabetically).
  • Your organization’s logo on streaming video throughout conference
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship by the MASFAP President during lunch.

Advertising- 2019 Conference Program-Includes Printed and Electronic Programs

$200.00 Conference Program Advertisement

Price Includes:

  • One advertisement, which will consist of a ¼ page in the Conference Program or Name and Logo. Content and text must be approved by the MASFAP Corporate Support Chair.
  • Your organization’s logo on streaming video during our video presentation.
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship by the MASFAP President during lunch.

Banner Ad on the MASFAP Web Site for 2019/2020

$500.00 Advertising Fee on the MASFAP Web Site-Banner Ad

Price Includes:

  • One advertisement, which will consist of a banner ad, displayed on MASFAP's web site for the remainder of the 2019 and 2019 year.
  • Your organization’s name printed in the conference Your organization's logo on streaming video during our video presentation.
  • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship by the MASFAP President during lunch.

IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR EXHIBITING AT THE MASFAP 2019 CONFERENCE

EXHIBIT HOURS

All Vendors must have a MASFAP Membership and are required to register for the Conference.

Vendor Set Up: Monday, November 11th, 9:00am - Noon, Granada A and B

Exhibit Hours: Monday, November 11th, 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m. And Tuesday, November 12th, 7:30a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


EXHIBIT DISPLAY SET UP

Exhibit space is assigned by the order received. A map of the designated space is available at entry of the exhibit hall; therefore you are not allowed to move to another location.

The exhibit hall will be locked after exhibit hours. Please do not tear down your booth until after the Exhibit area closes at 5:00 p.m., please do not break down until that time or an announcement is made.


ELECTRICAL/INTERNET NEEDS

Electricity is provided in your exhibit fees. If you need electricity, please note this on your Corporate Support Form.

Internet needs are not provided in your exhibit fees. If you need Internet access, please contact your Corporate Support Committee Chair, Ginny Burns for additional information.


SHIPPING NEEDS

Shipping to the Lodge of Four Seasons:

Items can be shipped no earlier than 10 days (November 1, 2019) prior to the beginning of the conference. Please make sure all items are marked with:

YOUR NAME, 
YOUR COMPANY'S NAME and 
"MASFAP CONFERENCE"

Shipping from the Lake:

If you have items that need to be shipped, make sure mailing labels are attached and place in the center of the exhibit room. Arrangements for pick up will be made by the Lodge.


VENDOR RECOGNITION

Vendor recognition will be during lunch on Tuesday. Please try to be present so that you and your organization can be recognized.


CANCELLATION

The cancellation deadline is October 11, 2019 to receive a 100% refund. Please submit your request in writing to Ginny Burns, Corporate Support Chair [email protected].
