Fax or email corporate support form by February 10, 2010 for the Spring 2010 Conference. Payment is due by February 23, 2010. Fall 2010 Conference payment will be due by October 1, 2010. Deadline for reimbursement due to cancellation must be given no later than 30 days prior to the conference for return of full payment.
