Conference Reminders

Name Badges: We would like to encourage everyone to wear your name badges for the duration of the conference. This helps with networking, identifying newcomers, knowing where someone is from, being able to identify those with the same responsibilities and for those of us who are bad with names it will help us to remember your name when we visit.

Weather: There is a possibility to be a significant climate change from one room to another. Please be prepared for these challenges and know that the Program Committee cannot control the temperature but we will do our best to make everyone comfortable.

Attire: Attire for the conference is business casual.

Evaluations: Please fill out your evaluations so that we can provide you with the best conference in the future. All input is welcome.

Program: Please remember to print your own program prior to attending the conference. In an effort to cut cost and be more “green” there will not be a printed program for our attendee’s.

Charity: You will have an opportunity to donate items for the charity. Back by popular demand Leroy Wade will be the auctioneer for our charity event. Please don’t forget your checkbooks, or cash if you like
