EXHIBIT DISPLAY SET UP
Exhibit spaces are assigned. A map of the designated space is available at entry of the exhibit hall; therefore you are not allowed to move to another location.
The exhibit hall will be locked after exhibit hours.
All exhibitors have access to set up from Noon until 2:00pm. on Wednesday afternoon. Exhibit hours will start promptly at 1:00pm.
Please do not tear down your booth until after the Exhibit area closes or an announcement is made.
ELECTRICAL/INTERNET NEEDS
Electricity is provided in your exhibit fees. If you need electricity, please note this on your exhibit service request form.
Internet needs are not provided in your exhibit fees. If you need Internet access, please contact your Corporate Support Committee Chair, Ginny D’Angelo, (314)514-6215
BOOTH SHIPPING
To the Lake:
Items can be shipped no earlier than 10 days prior to the beginning of the conference. Please make sure all items are marked with YOUR NAME, YOUR COMPANY’S NAME and MASFAP CONFERENCE.
The shipping address is as follows:

From the Lake:
If you have items that need to be shipped, make sure mailing labels are attached and place in the center of the exhibit room. I will make arrangements for pick up.
VENDOR RECOGNITION
Vendor recognition will be during Thursday lunch. Please try to be present so that you and your organization can be recognized.
